The Brevard County Property Appraiser provides accurate valuations of property located within Brevard County and makes every effort to produce and publish the most current and accurate information possible. By clicking on the Property Research button on the Property Appraiser’s web page, one can search property records by owner name, legal description, tax account number, and property address. Once the property is found, the information listed includes Parcel ID, Property Address, Tax Account Number, Owner Information, Legal Description, Value Summary, and information on Land, Sales, Extra Features, and Taxes for the property.
