The Cocoa Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is searching for proposals to redevelop its property at 603 Brevard Avenue as a vibrant, active, dynamic keystone site that will further the Agency’s goals and objectives outlined in its redevelopment plan. The City desires a project that has the ability to provide adaptable mixed-use development on the site. This mixed-use development may include any combination of hotel, residential, civic, office, retail, or commercial components. A request for proposal (RFP) has been issued by the CRA to consider all such proposals consistent with the RFP guidelines. The CRA may negotiate with the selected proposer for the purchase, lease, or other transfer of the subject property for the purposes of constructing a mixed-use project and meeting the objective of the RFP.
A pre-proposal conference will be held at 10:00AM EST on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at Cocoa City Hall located at 65 Stone Street, Cocoa, FL 32922 with a site tour to immediately follow. Attendance is optional. Responses to the solicitation must be either mailed or hand-delivered to Cocoa City Hall and received before 3:00PM EST on December 15, 2023.
