If you are proposing new development or redevelopment, the Planner On Call may recommend that you set up a pre-application meeting. A pre-app is required for most current planning and development review applications. Pre-application meetings can be requested by emailing CocoaPlanning@CocoaFL.gov.
The subject line of the email should follow this format: Pre-App - [Project Name]
The application form can be found here: Pre-Application Form and the fee is $250. Once the application is received, a staff member will contact the applicant for payment.
