Annual Water Quality Reports

Water Quality
Each year, the City of Cocoa Utilities Department produces an annual drinking water quality report (also known as a consumer confidence report or CCR). The purpose of the report is to inform our drinking water consumers about the quality of water we provided to them during the previous calendar year.

From 1999 until 2013, Cocoa prepared a water quality report and mailed it to each billing customer per federal and state requirements. In early 2013, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced that it had interpreted current regulations to allow for the electronic delivery of CCRs provided the delivery met specific requirements.

As a result of the EPA's guidance, the City of Cocoa provides all new editions of its annual drinking water report electronically via a link to an online version.
